How to Contact the MEP Customer Support Team
Each MEP account holder must designate a permanent technical
staff member within their department to become the
MOSIS Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) for all students.
Only the professor (accont liaison ) or the TPOC will be allowed to
contact MOSIS Support at such a time when available documentation
(either MOSIS or foundry) does not provide the answer to a
question. All inquiries to MOSIS must be directed to
support@mosis.com and must include the MEP account number
in the inquiry. Direct inquiries to individual MOSIS staff members by
the students will refer them to contact their professor, or account
TPOC.
