This page describes design support for vendor native rules (as
distinct from MOSIS SCMOS rules).
MOSIS Compatible Design Kits
Vendor Native-Rule Design Kits
MOSIS provides CAD tool support files from our vendors: as, DRC or LVS
decks for specific platforms and tools. In some cases, very complete
design kits (like PDKs) are available.
Except where noted, the following design assists are distributed free
of charge. They are made available through our
document
server after signature of the MOSIS customer agreement, various
vendor-specific agreements, and on condition that the designs are
submitted to MOSIS for fabrication.
Standard cell libraries, pads and memory generators are available
through ARM.
Each document access request made by a university account must include
individual NDAs in
addition to any other vendor-specific agreements.
