MOSIS Annoucements IBM 45 nm Processes MOSIS is pleased to announce prototype and low volume fabrication access to IBM's sixth generation of silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology, 12SO: the semiconductor industry's first 45 nanometer SOI offering. A Cadence design kit is available. To request access, users should fill in the CMOS Access Request web form. ARM will provide standard cells, memories, and I/Os. For more information, see 12SOI.
