IBM 65 nm Processes
MOSIS is pleased to announce prototype and low volume fabrication
access to IBM's 65 nanometer (nm) CMOS technologies, 10SF and 10LP.

Document access for IBM 65 nm has been automatically provided to
commercial accounts with IBM 90 nm access. Otherwise non-MEP users can
request access via the
IBM CMOS Access
Request web form.
Initial run dates for 2007 are December 3 for IBM 10LP and December 10
for IBM 10SF.
Your feedback will help us gauge the demand for this process. Please
provide estimates of what we can expect designs: the number of planned
designs, their approximate sizes, and anticipated submission dates.
